The New Year Cup started yesterday. This year, six schools will be participating: Tomakomai High School attached to Komazawa University, Hachioji High School, Daiichi High School attached to Chubu University, Ohori High School attached to Fukuoka University, and our school. They will play an irregular league match (Ohori and our school will not play each other) at our school for three days until tomorrow. All of the teams are teams that excited the Winter Cup. There are no words to express my gratitude for coming to Fukuoka so early in the new year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Also, Professor Taira Kuraishi of Waseda University, who is coordinating the explanations. To everyone at J Sports who distributes the content. We would also like to thank On the Court and Amino Vital for their support.
Yesterday we were able to win a close game against Chubu Daiichi. The next game was the Winter Cup final match between Higashiyama and Ohori. Of course, all of the teams have just started and are still finding their way, but the games will continue to be very educational. I will do my best until tomorrow and connect it to the rookie match. We will continue to work hard this year to rank among the top in the nation. Thank you for your continued support.
