Free Mobile Data: Get Up to 60GB for 6 Months

The two big mobile operators still offer free data packages with new prepaid cards. In practice, this means that the customer can get extra extra gigabytes just for topping up the credit. The most interesting bonus is currently offered by Telekom – a total of up to 60 GB of data, Orange provides half the amount.

We bring instructions on how to get the most out of the offer without unnecessary costs. Such mobile internet is suitable for phones with support for 2 SIM cards (eSIM is also sufficient), portable Wi-Fi routers, but also similar devices.

Telekom: Just top up your credit

The advantage in Telekom for the prepaid Easy card is easily available – just top up your credit. If the customer recharges credit for at least 5 eurcan get a data packet in volume 10 GB for 30 days with the full speed of the operator’s 5G or 4G network.

The offer can be used to the maximum six timeswhich means together up to 60 GB data for free. It is interesting that the client does not have to use the bonus strictly “six months in a row”. He can activate packages when it suits him. The option is available until the end of June.

“After each top-up, you will see a 10 GB package in the Gift section of the Telekom application. Just activate it and you can use it for 30 days. After this period, unused data will not be transferred,” says Telekom.

The 10 GB package will be shown to you after the next top-up of credit – a total of maximum 6 times during the campaign, i.e. until the end of June.

In this way, the customer can “collect” several packages and turn them on at a convenient time. If, for example, he spends the entire 10 GB after two weeks and recharges the credit again, he gets another package that he can activate immediately.

If the customer does not use the credit during the promotion, after it ends, he can request that it be paid to his account or by postal order. Such an option is available when transferring the number to a competitor or after canceling the number. The extra data will be completely free. Credit is valid for 180 days.

Orange has 30 GB of free data

Orange customers can also get extra data for free with Prime. After the first top-up, customers can activate in the application, customer zone or via SMS 10 GB data for 30 days for free.

“After the first credit top-up of at least 7 euros, no later than 31 days after registering the card, activate the initial 10 GB for 30 days via the My Orange application or by sending an SMS to the number 445 in the form BEN10GB A,” Orange informed.

They will get the same amount of data twice more – each time after a monthly top-up of at least o seven euros. Together they can get from Orange up to 30 GB data for free.

The advantage is that the data is also valid abroad. It is also possible to draw part of the data in the EU from the free package. “You can draw 6.25GB of 10GB without extra charge in EU/Zone 1,” it states.

4ka: For a month to a new SIM

4ka provides new customers with an unlimited data plan per month. The SIM itself costs 4 euros and includes a credit of the same amount. For example, a monthly data plan can be activated for 4 euros.

Data from Sloboda data (with a limit of 300 GB) is valid in the 4ky network and also in the 4G network of Orange throughout Slovakia. However, after a minute of 20 GB of data in Orange’s 4G network, 4ka can slow down access to 0.26/0.26 Mbit/s – but it doesn’t do it automatically. In reality, this is said to happen only after a minute of double or higher volume. The program cannot be used in the EU.

O2 currently does not have a similar offer.
