Franz Stolz is the new number one at GAK, coach Ferdinand Feldhofer made that clear at the training camp in Loipersdorf. “My height, perhaps more courage to play, and the experience I brought with me from my last positions,” is how the 1.93 meter tall goalkeeper describes his advantages that set him apart from his competitors Jakob Meierhofer and Fabian Ehmann. “We have a professional relationship and we all get along well. But of course, everyone wants to play.” At least until the summer, it will probably be Stolz, who is on loan from Genoa, who will be in goal for the Red Jackets.
