Fluminense: No Plans to Release Kevin Serna – Reports

According to the newspaper ‘O Globo’, the Fluminense does not intend to facilitate the departure of Kevin Serna, a player who has the trust of coach Luis Zubeldía. Last season, the Colombian was decisive, adding 22 direct participation in goals, with 13 balls in the net and nine assists.

Furthermore, it is also reported that Flu refused Boca Juniors’ first move for Serna. Last Wednesday, the Argentine club presented a proposal of 4.5 million dollars (approximately R$23 million).

So far, a new offer has not yet been formalized by Boca, but the expectation is that this will happen in the next few hours. The player’s agent, Narciso Algamis, arrived in Rio de Janeiro this Thursday.

It is worth noting that Fluminense paid, in 2024, R$10 million to sign Kevin Serna from Alianza Lima, acquiring 70% of the striker’s economic rights.
