Ferrari’s New Red & White F1 Car Revealed

The SF-26 displaying a large white collar was presented this Friday before a few laps on the Fiorano circuit.

Brilliant red after last year’s matte version and especially white which extends from the rear cover to the protective halo. The Ferrari’s dress for the 2026 season which will begin on March 8 in Melbourne (Australia) is now known. The Scuderia continued the presentations of the single-seaters this Thursday with an SF-26, which, we hope for the Italian clan, will be better designed than its predecessor.

After a dark season marked by zero points in terms of victories and a pitiful 4th place in the manufacturers’ standings, the transalpine manufacturer is once again attacking its illustrious past with a two-tone car. A heresy some will say attached to the traditional red without the prancing horse. This is not the case. Ferrari is returning to certain habits by also adorning itself in white, like in 2016 when Sebastian Vettel struggled with a struggling car against the untouchable Mercedes.

We must hope that the 2026 version presented this Friday at Fiorano will be faster in the coming months during a season marked by a total technical overhaul of the engine which will perhaps allow an upheaval in the hierarchy dominated by McLaren.

“The biggest regulatory change” according to Hamilton

Ferrari, now under the leadership of Frédéric Vasseur, has been chasing a world title since 2008! A crossing which Lewis Hamilton, associated with Charles Leclerc, hopes to put an end to. “The 2026 season represents a huge challenge for everyone, probably the biggest regulation change I have experienced in my career”commented Lewis Hamilton cited by RN365. “From a technical point of view, this will be an extremely important year, with the driver playing a central role in managing energy, understanding new systems and contributing to the development of the car”added the Briton who is coming out of a particularly painful season (6th in the championship).

The car on track Monday in Barcelona

The seven-time world champion took the wheel of his car in Fiorani for a few minutes of driving. A grip for the image in the light Italian fog before the serious things begin. The Formula 1 field will meet again from Monday in Barcelona for private tests particularly awaited by all the teams due to the overhaul of the technical regulations.
