Filip Jorgensen: 7
This young goalkeeper performed brilliantly with one crucial save to deny Erling Haaland in the first half plus his ball distribution was also neat. He repaid the trust given by the coach when Sanchez was unable to appear.
Josh Acheampong: 6
This young player showed a pretty good work ethic throughout the match. Even though he made several mistakes and lost the ball, he was able to make up for it with solid tackling and recovery.
Trevoh Chalobah: 6
Chalobah was quite effective in leading Chelsea’s defense in this match. His contribution was more pronounced when defending than when he had to build attacks from behind.
Benoit Badiashile: 6
Entering to replace Fofana who was absent due to illness, Badiashile played quite disciplined and maintained his position well. However, the distribution of the ball from the back area still often causes problems.
Malo Likes: 7,5
Gusto started the match at left-back before moving to the right following a formation change in the second half. He recorded a number of important interceptions and sent in a clever pass which led to a dramatic equaliser.

Reece James: 6,5
As captain, Reece James has again been one of Chelsea’s bright spots in recent weeks. Even though he looked tired in the first half, he appeared more aggressive after the break and helped the team recover.
Enzo Fernandez: 8,5
Enzo appeared dominant in midfield and was brave in the duel against City. He should have also recorded an assist if only Pedro Neto had used his pass well, before finally becoming a hero for Chelsea by stealing a goal in the final minutes of the match.
Cole Palmer: 5
Palmer’s return to his old base was nothing special. He changed positions several times, but his contribution to the attack line was barely felt.

Estevao quite often had to drop back to help defend in the first half. This condition made it difficult for him to develop, until he was finally pulled out during the break.
Pedro Neto: 5
Neto played quite safely and rarely lost the ball throughout the match. Unfortunately, he failed to take advantage of a golden opportunity at the start of the second half with a shot that went over.
João Pedro: 5.5
Joao Pedro didn’t get a clean chance to score while he was on the field. However, some of his moves past opponents helped Chelsea push the ball into the forward area before being substituted.

Coming on to replace Estevao after the break, Andrey Santos immediately acted as a link between the back and midfield. He carried out this task quite neatly and disciplined.
Liam Delap: 7
Delap gave a different color to the front line after coming off the bench in the 62nd minute to replace Joao Pedro. His movement troubled the City defense and forced Donnarumma to make an important save.
Jorel Hato:
Hato didn’t make a big impact after being introduced in the 62nd minute to replace Acheampong. However, one crucial interception succeeded in thwarting a dangerous opportunity from Bernardo Silva.
