Given various queries from fathers and mothers of players from teams that compete in the leagues organized by the Basketball Federation of the Region of Murcia, from our entity we want to highlight that the only official account on the TikTok social network of La FEDE is the one whose user @fbregionmurcia. It can be consulted by clicking on this link. The rest of the profiles that appear on this social network with the name and/or logo of our entity are totally unrelated to the Federation.
From La FEDE we have contacted the profiles with nickname / username “fbrm2024_2025”, “fbrm20” and “fbrm_players”, asking them to close these profiles or, at least, change the name and profile image since it can cause confusion like those that have already been generated. These profiles, in some of their publications, rate and express opinions about underage players, with comments that are sometimes offensive or out of place. That is why they have been asked to delete these accounts.
Finally, these profiles have been reported within the TikTok application itself but, for the moment, the platform has dismissed the complaints. From the Basketball Federation of the Region of Murcia we reserve the right to take the necessary legal measures if the publication of this type of comments continues using profiles with the name and image of our Federation.
