Falcao: Why He Left Millonarios & Won’t Return | Betplay League

Much has been said regarding the future of Radamel Falcao García, who in mid-2025 was left without a team after leaving Millonarios, where he was for a year. Since then, several clubs have been linked with a possible signing, however, his next destination has not been confirmed.

Although the forward has stated that he wants and desires to play, his future is in suspense. So much so, that they began to talk about the possibility of him returning to Millonarios, however, the club would not have considered this option.

This was announced by journalist Guillermo Arango, who in the middle of a recent interview with the channel ‘Al Purgatorio’, reported that he asked the club if a return of the ‘tiger’ had been considered.

Falcao “was very upset by what happened”

To which, he was clear and forceful: “They told me no, that has not been contemplated.”

And he even revealed that Radamel would have ended up angry with part of the press in the country.

“In fact, they told me that he was very upset by what happened with the press in Bogotá and Colombia. That was the real reason why he left,” added the professional.

In this way, Millonarios apparently do not analyze the option of signing Falcao, who remains a free agent at the beginning of 2026.
