Her father Renaud assures her: “It would be a guy, she would already be in Formula 1.” But Doriane Pin is a woman. The Francilienne may well be one of the most talented of her generation, titled in F1 Academy in 2025, but she will have to wait with a role of reserve driver and stints in a simulator, to hope “if all goes well” for a single small test in 2026 with her Mercedes team.
