If two French clubs will be directly affected by the draw for the Champions League, only one French team will appear on the list for the Europa League. While Olympique Lyonnais managed to qualify directly for the round of 16 of the C3, Lille, for its part, ranked 18th in the first round rankings, thanks to its final success against Friborg (1-0).
Thanks to this positioning, Losc already has an idea of the identity of its future opponent in the play-offs. The Northerners will face the Serbs of Red Star Belgrade or the Spaniards of Celta Vigo.
The draw for the Europa League play-offs will be held this Friday, January 30 from 1 p.m. The ceremony will be broadcast live on Canal + Foot.
