The bad news is revealed by The Team. Rowing Bayonnais will have to do without its third row Esteban Capilla, a revelation of the first half of the season, for many weeks – around two months.
The 23-year-old was injured in the left foot during the victory against Stade Français (35-34, December 27) and suffers from a plantar aponeurosis.
