Espanyol president Alan Pace confirmed that Cyril Ngonge, hours after being the first winter signing, is at the RCDE Stadium this Friday watching what will be his new team.

He revealed that he was in the stadium, but not in the box. Regarding the Belgian forward, the president was quite optimistic: “We have some very high hopes. Maybe we can go to Europe and we have to support everything we can so that they can do it,” he said about Ngonge.
