Images of the moments when President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan played basketball with former American National Basketball League (NBA) player Shaquille O’Neal were shared.
President Erdoğan met with O’Neal at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center in Istanbul and chatted for a while.
O’Neal, whose jersey number is 34, was informed that Istanbul’s license plate is 34 and that President Erdoğan was previously the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
President Erdoğan and O’Neal mutually signed basketballs and played basketball.
President Erdoğan and famous basketball player O’Neal also took a souvenir photo with the young athletes.
