Sparks in American showbiz: 2026 opens with an “intimate” legal clash. Former NFL player Matt Kalil36, is suing his ex-wife Haley Baylee33, for sharing comments deemed “degrading and deeply personal” about their married life during a Twitch live broadcast. According to the former athlete, the influencer’s comments would have exposed him, his family and his new wife, Keilani Asmusto “unwanted attention and disturbing and alarming messages”.
The words under accusation
During her November 2025 live broadcast with streamer Marlon Garcia, Haley implied that the size of Matt’s penis was “the biggest factor” in their divorce and that sex with him was “impossible, unless you want to cry.”
The lawsuit against the ex
Kalil claims that Baylee benefited financially from the comments, increasing views, interactions and monetization on social media, and is asking for compensation of 75 thousand dollars (about 64 thousand euros).
Haley, contacted by “Page Six”, says she is “shocked and deeply hurt” and underlines that the live broadcast contained much more: “We talked about the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our bond. It’s a shame that only a fragment is amplified, because it doesn’t capture the whole story.”
