Cowboys vs Eagles: Football Strategy & Content Writing Focus

The Dallas Cowboys have named Christian Parker as defensive coordinator.

Parker spent the last two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles as the pass and defensive backs coordinator.

The 34-year-old helped cornerbacks Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean become star players in their second seasons.

DeJean was also very complimentary of Parker on the X platform, saying that he “would not be the player he is without coach CP”.

Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer said he was looking for a good teacher and communicator for the role of defensive coordinator.

The team interviewed nine candidates for the position.
