Cormons Archers Dominate: Italian Indoor Archery Championships 2024

The XXXIX Italian Indoor Para Archery Championships took place in Lamezia Terme on 24 and 25 January 2026, one of the most important events on the national paralympic archery calendar.

The athletes of the Cormons Archers Company also took part in the event, followed by president Claudio Canesin, protagonists of performances of great technical and competitive value.

Elisabetta Petris won the class gold medal in the JF Olympic arch category, confirming herself as a solid and determined athlete, capable of managing a high national level competition in the best possible way.

Giuseppe Verzini, in the SM Olympic arch category, obtained a prestigious class silver, demonstrating consistency, precision and great sporting maturity.

Letizia Visintini, competing in the SF category compound bow, achieved a class bronze and a splendid absolute bronze, a result which underlines her competitiveness even in direct comparison with the best archers on the national scene.

An extremely positive balance for the Compagnia Arcieri Cormons, which returns from Lamezia Terme with important medals and, above all, with the confirmation of a sporting path based on commitment, technical quality and passion. Results that give prestige to the Paralympic movement and represent a concrete stimulus to continue to grow and aim ever higher.
