Corinthians: João Pedro Update

Sport Club Corinthians Paulista announces the loan with obligation to purchase defender João Pedro from Torino FC, from Italy.

The loan until the end of June was set at 1.5 million Euros (approximately 9.5 million reais). When playing 10 matches for the Italian club for at least 45 minutes, the purchase will be made for the amount of 4.5 million Euros (just over 28 million reais), in addition to the possibility of another million Euros for goals achieved.

In the event of a future sale of João Pedro by Torino FC, Corinthians will still be entitled to 12% of the surplus value.

João Pedro arrived at Corinthians in 2019 at the age of 16. For the base, he was champion of the Copa São Paulo in 2024. For the professional team he played 33 games, scoring one goal. In 2025 he was champion of São Paulo and the Copa do Brasil.

Sport Club Corinthians Paulista, through its president, Osmar Stabile, thanks João Pedro for the race and technique demonstrated on the field whenever he defended the Corinthians shirt and wishes him luck in his professional future.
