The former Boca, Racing and San Lorenzo forward comes from playing in Oriente Petrolero, where he achieved continuity. After a stormy moment in his life, where he was away from football, Centurión was able to recover and today he lives a different reality: “I am at peace, calm and taking care of myself since I came to Oriente (Petrolero de Bolivia). It helped me, personally, to show a sample of character and prove that I can still play football“.

The last time Centurión stepped on a field in Argentine soccer was on April 16, 2023 in the goalless draw between Barracas and Vélez.

The forward had separated from Fortín at the end of 2024, where he was relegated for his lack of professional conduct. His case at the club was closed in September of that year with a forceful statement from the then coach Gustavo Quinteros, who announced that he would not take it into account.

Vélez bought the pass from Racing in mid-2020 and since then has loaned him out twice with the intention of recovering his level with another motivation. First he loaned him to San Lorenzo, where he played just 12 games, and then to Barracas, who used him in 10 games.
