Following Fabien Causeur’s announcement of his retirement as a professional basketball player, Real Madrid C. F. wishes to express its gratitude, affection and admiration for one of our legends.
Causeur made a decisive contribution to the team’s success in one of the most glittering and memorable periods in our history during the seven seasons and 486 games in which he played in our jersey. In all that time, he won 14 trophies: 2 European Cups, 4 league titles, 2 Copa del Rey trophies and 6 Spanish Super Cups.
Causeur is third in the history of our team in terms of the number of appearances made by foreigners. His commitment and talent will always remain in the memory and heart of all Madridistas.
