BasketBounce Scam: Unsent Basketball Set & Instagram Ad Deception

On January 16, 2026, relying on the advertisements and content I saw on Instagram, I purchased a basketball training set for my son as a report card gift from the website of the site called Basketbounce. I made the payment of 2400 TL by credit card and my order number was created as 2403.

When I did not receive the product even after a few days, I wrote to the company’s WhatsApp line and asked for information about the situation. After a long time, I received an extremely evasive response and none of the messages or e-mails I sent afterwards were responded to. Not only was the product not sent, but there is no official I can contact or call to account.

I do not accept that they present themselves as reliable in their advertisements and victimize people in this way. I request that the product I paid for be sent immediately or my money be refunded immediately. I want the necessary investigation to be carried out and precautions to be taken to prevent other people from experiencing the same victimization.
