At the Attention Doubles Tournament you have the opportunity to compete with others – in a doubles format. As with the Attention Hobby individual tournament, the same applies here: The tournament is open to everyone and offers a good mix of fun and competition. Ambitious hobby and club players are just as welcome as beginners who want to experience the tournament feeling for the first time!

Well-rehearsed team or surprise

The registration for Attention double tournament can take place as a fixed double pairing or individually (“partner wanted”). In the latter case, teams can still get together on site when the tournament starts. There is only one mixed competition, meaning all constellations are possible: women’s doubles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles.
Depending on the number of participants three to five matches per team and all places are played. The game is played according to the common badminton rules on two sets won up to 21 points.

Prizes and points for the attention rankings

The three best teams win prizes. In addition, all participants receive points for the Attention double ranking, those in the showcase in the hall and online is visible.

  • Max. participants: 32 doubles pairings or 64 players
  • balls: Balls must be provided by the participants themselves. Natural feather balls are provided. If both sides agree, artificial shuttlecocks can also be used. Balls can be purchased on site.
