Positive results for the badminton club. On Monday, the general assembly of the Pomeritain badminton association was held, in the presence of Stéphane Menguy, deputy in charge of associations. Twenty players out of the 40 members of the association were present.
The office, made up of president Jérôme Vriet, secretary Mathilde Bouteau and treasurer Manuel Ruiz, opened the meeting by presenting its wishes in a friendly atmosphere. They then recalled that 18 new members including eight children had joined the club this year. Minors are accepted, in the presence of their legal representative, provided that they are a practicing member.
Several projects were mentioned, in particular the organization of meetings with other leisure clubs in the surrounding area as well as the setting up of an internal tournament. The various assessments were approved.
The club operates Mondays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Following the assembly, the athletes happily shared the galette des Rois.
