There is a lot of enthusiasm among the players before this prestigious tournament starting from January 18. While announcing the prize money on Tuesday, the organizers said that this time the prize money has been increased by 16 percent as compared to last year.
How much prize money will the Australian Open champion receive?
The total prize money for the 2026 Australian Open has been fixed at Rs 6,75 crore (Australian dollar 111.5 million). This is 16 per cent more than the prize money of ₹5,84 crore (Australian dollar 96.5 million) in 2025.
