GUATEMALA. The Aurinegros and the Rojos shared points at the Guillermo Slowing stadium.
This Sunday afternoon the Aurora and Municipal teams faced each other at the Guillermo Slowing stadium, in Amatitlán, where both arrived with the need to score points.
The first to open the scoring was forward Jefry Bantes, who would make it 0-1 with an accurate header inside the area, later Pablo Mingorance found the goal for Aurora and the tie would come.
However, before the first half could end, John Méndez made it 1-2 with a kick on Liborio Sánches, and the Reds took the lead again. However, for the second half Nicolás Lovato found the score 2-2, and Aurora was saved from defeat.
The result leaves the two teams with only 1 points, in these first two dates of the 2026 Clausura Tournament.
