Raphaël Collignon and his Monegasque partner Valentin Vacherot qualified for the second round of the doubles of the ATP 250 tennis tournament in Brisbane on Tuesday in Australia.

The Belgian, 534th in the world in doubles, and the Monegasque (unranked in doubles) won against the British Jacob Fearnley (ATP-D 246) and the Ecuadorian Diego Hidalgo (ATP-D 75) with a score of 6-3, 6-2.

Raphaël Collignon and Valentin Vacherot will meet Monegasque Hugo Nys and Dutchman Sem Verbeek in the round of 16.
