ARC Raiders & Black Ops 7: Top Games Now

Sony has released the sales data for PS4 and PS5 digital games for the month of December, revealing the community’s choices during the holiday period: historically the period in which the greatest earnings are recorded. Although very few would have bet on it at the beginning of the year, ARC Raiders by Embark Studios hit the top of the charts in Europe and North America, followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, NBA 2K26, EA Sports FC 26 and other titles including Chiaroscuro: Expedition 33.

As for the situation on PS5 (left ranking of the image at the bottom), the extraction shooter ARC Raiders took first place in North America, followed by NBA 2K26and the second in Europe, being overtaken by EA Sports FC 26. Very good Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which remains in the top positions, as does the implacable Grand Theft Auto V. Among others, Chiaroscuro: Expedition 33 received a boost after winning The Game Awards 2025, and also Battlefield 6 e Forza Horizon 5 they remained in the top half of the charts. Small curiosity: all three co-op games created by the foundation of Hazelight Studios, that is A Way Out, It Takes Two e Split Fiction, are present in the rankings. To conclude, Fortnite, Roblox e Where Winds Meet they were – in this order – the three most downloaded free-to-play games of the month in both Europe and North America.
