Like every year, Amiens UC Badminton begins its month of January with a new blackminton. A festive and friendly event in which players will have to play in the dark, only lit by fluorescent lines and steering wheels.
It has become an unmissable event at the start of the year for Amiens driving enthusiasts. Blackminton is making its comeback at Amiens UC Badminton to the delight of all, this Friday January 9at the Auguste Janvier gymnasium. A festive and friendly moment to play, share and start the year in a good atmosphere despite the organization of a competition. A tournament in Swiss round format which must be played without the lights in the gymnasium, turned off for the occasion. Competitors will have to find their way on the field and aim for the opponent’s field using fluorescent lights installed on the lines, nets and shuttlecocks.
From 6 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., place for young people with individual registration required, teams of three being formed by drawing lots. From 8 p.m. until 1 a.m., they will leave room for adults for whom registration will be done directly in groups of three via the registration form below or by email if the person is alone or in a duo. Club members or not, everyone can register with a choice, whether to opt for a meal or not, the latter consisting of two croques or sandwiches (ham or cheese or turkey), a dessert and a drink. Registrations are open until January 7 provided that the limit of places is not reached before.

– Young people: €8 (€12 with meal)
– Club adult: €10 (€14 with meal)
– External adults: €14 (€18 with meals)
– Payment is made on site, upon arrival, and in cash or check
