It Algemeen Dagblad previously wrote about the arrival of a new controller at the Johan Cruijff ArenA: “The current management is still not planning to make major investments as long as the new technical boss is in the waiting room. Cruijff has now been officially appointed, although he will not start in our capital until February 1. However, that does not mean that he cannot give the green light for Resink’s arrival in January. However, it must cost quite a bit: in the coming summer he can be taken over from FC Groningen for a fixed amount, but in the here and now the Pride of the North can ask what it wants for its midfielder.
