Emotions are already running high in Washington and it is no wonder. After approximately 10 years in which the Seattle Seahawks did not appear in the final stages, it seems that the project is beginning to bear the expected results. Sam Darnold aims to be the solution that the franchise needed (since the Russell Wilson era), in conjunction with a very good defense that perhaps manages to remember the great eras of the Legion of Boom.
As the number 1 seed in the National League and a record that allows us to glimpse the good work of the campaign, Mike McDonland’s disciples receive at home a team that, although on paper it looks inferior to them, at least in terms of experience, individual talent and hunger to finally be noticed in the final stages, is not.
With an inspired Brock Purdy and once again the opportunity to reach the Super Bowl, since they already eliminated the Philadelphia Eagles, the 49ers will arrive as visitors to what will most likely be the most difficult test of their year. Their recent record supports them, but what they do on the gridiron will speak for the future.
