The Italian Cup 1973 it was the fourth edition of the women’s basketball tournament. The final was held in Rapallo on 13 May 1973.[1]
Geas Sesto San Giovanni won, beating Thermomatic Vicenza 74 to 38.[2]
Two preliminary rounds were played, followed by the quarter-finals and the final four.[1]
