Women’s Flag Football Offense Coordinator – Job Ad

The Women’s Flag Team Germany is in intensive preparation for the Flag Football World Cup in its own country, which will take place in Düsseldorf in August 2026. In the short and medium term, the team also has the clear goal of qualifying for the Olympic Games via the qualification route. This represents a historic opportunity for the American Football Association of Germany (AFVD) and for the sport of flag football as a whole.

The AFVD is now looking for one:

Offense Coordinator Flag Football Women (m/f/d)

for the management, coordination and sporting control of the offense area of the women’s flag football national team.

This is an activity with a trainer’s flat rate.

Your tasks
• Coordination of screening and selection of players
• Support, guidance and professional support of the coaching staff in the planning and implementation of training units and training camps
• Video analysis of games and training sessions of the women’s national flag football team
• Video analysis of international flag football team games
• Close, proactive communication with the head coach, the defense coordinator and the other coaching staff

Your profile
• Several years of, ideally international, experience as a trainer
• In-depth specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the field of flag football
• Strong solution orientation and a high “hands on” mentality
• Experience in administration, coordination and leadership of coaches and sports teams
• Confident demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Experienced use of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English; Knowledge of German is desirable, but not a requirement
