According to Johan derksen, there is “no need” for former footballer wim Kieft as a permanent face Today Inside. Although, says ‘de Snor’, Wim does have a chance of joining more ofen under one condition: as a replacement for René van der Gijp.
Due to the cutbacks at the NPO, many programs are forced to be taken off the air, including the talk show Studio Football which Wim recently became part of. Wim has become a beloved TV figure among many viewers,no matter what can be seen in the video belowso it doesn’t seem smart to rope him in for a talk show Today Inside? “No,” Johan says in his podcast this week Greetings from Grolloo. “Wim is not welcome, but that has nothing to do with wim Kieft.”
He states that Wilfred Genee, René van der Gijp and himself think Wim is a “fine boy”. “And we were also very happy that he got a place at the table NOSbut we are no longer a football program,” Johan explains. He can imagine one scenario in which Wim is welcome at VI. “Look, if René were to quit, wim would be an excellent replacement. Wim Kieft or Valentijn Driessen?
