Varese immediately breaks the deadlock with Iroegbu from the midrange after an offensive rebound, then Moore runs into the open field and makes it 4-0. Iroegbu again, first on the line (1/2) and then with a layup, scores the initial 6-0. Ross responds with a parable for the first Trieste basket. Ramsey tries a one-on-two in transition and, with the help of the scoreboard, scores two points. Fragmented phase, with several Varese turnovers well read by the Trieste defence. Brooks steals the ball and throws Ramsey for support. Moore continues to have an impact: offensive rebound and two points, then assist for Nkamhoua who crushes the new Varese lead. Nkamhoua scores again after a turnover by Trieste. Iroegbu catches Moore for the triple from the +6 corner. Uthoff responds from the arc following a pass from Ramsey. Iroegbu takes space and scores the triple, Stewart scores with a foul from underneath. Iroegbu again for Nkamhoua, who hits from the arc for +12. Moretti responds with a triple from the corner, Stewart responds again from three. Moretti scores another triple in rhythm, but Moore closes the quarter with a side step triple at the siren: 60-48.

Last quarter. Trieste starts again with Ruzzier, Moretti, Brown, Brooks e Toscano-Anderson. Ruzzier immediately assists Toscano-Anderson who finds the basket with support, but Librizzi responds with a triple from the corner. Ruzzier attacks the rim, Moore does the same in transition. Moretti is precise from the foul line (2/2). Brooks grabs the defensive rebound and throws Brown for the two-handed dunk. Iroegbu fakes the pass and serves Nkamhoua for support.
