Born under the impetus of the Morteau-Montbenoît bicycle club and its emblematic president Michel Vardanega, the Val de Morteau business club has just celebrated its 30th anniversary on the occasion of its last general assembly, organized on December 4 at the Le France restaurant in Villers-le-Lac.
The opportunity for Fabien Droz-Vincent, president of the business club for nine years, to present two checks to the sports clubs that this rich collective of 77 members supports: the Morteau-Montbenoît cycling club which was awarded the tidy sum of 25,000 euros, and the Badminton Val de Morteau with a check for 11,000 euros. “It’s like last year, a record year in terms of aid redistribution” welcomes Fabien Droz-Vincent.
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the Val de Morteau business club has decided to provide additional help to a young local motorsport talent: Lilian Soares, 14, who is starting a promising career in Formula 4. “To support it, we are going to offer all companies members of the business club who wish to pay an additional 100 euros on their contribution of 500 euros. The logo of the business club will thus be present on their suit and their car.”
