Archery: Tomas Bascary to the national team
Closing the year in the federative circuit and, through resolution 010/25 of the National Technical Committee, the archer Tomas Francisco Bascary integrates and puts on the shirt of the Argentine Outdoor Archery Team for the 2026 federative and international calendar.
The Riojan managed to position himself in second place in the U21 category and fifth in Senior, both Olympic Recurve. Regarding the achievements obtained this year, they were the following:
SELECTIVE ASU 2025 in Mixed Team: Silver Medal, achieving Argentina’s place for the ASU 2025 Pan American Games in the U21 Olympic Recurve category.
JADAR: Gold Medal in the U21 men’s team in Olympic Recurve.
INDOR Regional: champion in the U21 Olympic Recurve category.
Argentine Outdoors: champion with the U21 Olympic Recurve Mixed team, Men’s Individual runner-up and runner-up with the men’s team.
The experience and consistency of Tomi Bascary, as he is known in the federation circuit, allows him to wear the light blue and white jersey for the sixth consecutive year.
