NBA prediction
After the shock of three close defeats against San Antonio, Oklahoma City recovered well, winning against Philadelphia and Atlanta and on Thursday, still at home, they will host an opponent who, although far away in the standings, certainly should not be underestimated, for several reasons: Portland. Meanwhile, the Trail Blazers were, together with the Spurs, the only team to defeat the reigning NBA champions so far this season. Then, the Rossoneri are fresh from the two successes against Dallas and above all Boston which certify the maximum possibilities of the team, capable of disastrous falls but also of important and convincing victories.
However, the fact remains that, in view of the Paycom Center match, Portland will still be without several players but Oklahoma City will also have its absences. Present, however, were the most representative players that the two teams can boast at the moment: the trio Avdija, Sharpe and Love (growing in recent games) for the Trail Blazers, Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams, Holmgren for the Thunder.
It can therefore be assumed that the two teams arrive with good confidence and awareness at the match in which the home team starts with the underdogs, mindful of the upset suffered on November 6th, which has already been “avenged” sportingly in the two subsequent direct clashes which have always seen Oklahoma City win.
