Tümosan Konyaspor had previously announced that the contract with the Senegalese football player would be terminated.
The following statements were used in the announcement made by the club:
“Our football player Alassane Ndao was given a 12-month deprivation of rights penalty on the grounds of betting by the decision of the Turkish Football Federation Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) dated 13.11.2025, and as a result of the review made upon the player’s objection, the penalty in question was approved and finalized by the decision of the Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Board dated 28.11.2025.
In accordance with the decision of the Arbitration Board, the penalty has become final and binding within the framework of the Constitution and TFF Instructions. In addition, a detention order was issued for the football player within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, on the grounds that his action also constituted a crime.
Our club, within the scope of the 2025/2026 Season Konyaspor Sports Club Professional Football Disciplinary Regulations and the relevant provisions of the Professional Football Player Contract concluded with the football player, requested the defense of the player immediately after the approval decision of the Arbitration Board, and initiated the necessary legal and administrative procedures for the unilateral and justifiable termination of the contract by us. “
