Round Sunday for the Terrassa archers in the 1st Catalonia Indoor Master Trophy 2025 and the Catalonia Club Championship 2025, organized by the Catalan Indoor Archery Federation, 2025/2026 season. Both Draco Sagittariis and the Club Arquers de Terrassa have obtained medals and recognition in the two competitions.
As for the Arquers Terrassa Club, it has added three bronze medals in an intense day full of emotion. In the Master Trophy, after four qualifying rounds, Jordi Rueda and Antonio Valle advanced to the round. The former crowned his good performance with a bronze medal in the Traditional bow division, while the latter was on the verge of reaching the semifinals.
At the same time, in the Catalan Club Championship, the Arquers Terrassa Club added two more bronze medals. The team in the Traditional bow division, formed by Antonio Valle, Jordi Rueda, Albert Borràs, Miguel López and Pep Guzman, stood out for their perseverance and fighting spirit and rose to third place on the podium. In the Naked bow division, the team made up of Oyuna Baturova, Eugènia Palomar, Albert Sarmiento and Albert Ortega, also reached the podium after a competition marked by high level.
In addition, two debut teams of the Club, in the Traditional and Naked bow divisions, reached the quarterfinals: Meritxell Sala, Nico Ordóñez, Humberto Jurado, Marta Lacalle and Manuel Cayuelas (Traditional) and Sara Garcia, Albert Gil and Rosa Abad (Naked).
Golds for Cebrián and Comas
For their part, Draco Sagittariis archers Sergi Cebrián and Mireia Comas have been proclaimed Masters of Catalonia in indoor archery in the recurve and long bow modalities in the final held in Manresa. The entity has placed six athletes in the finals, three in recurve bow, and one in compound, naked and long bow. Finally, Cebrián and Comas have obtained the gold medal; Raül Soler has achieved fourth place, and Alexandra Moura, Ignasi Gallardo and the U21 Roc Rueda have reached the quarterfinals.
Regarding the Catalan Club Championship, Draco Sagittariis has obtained two silver medals, in recurve bow and compound bow. The recurve team, composed of Cebrián, Gallardo, Fran Sánchez, and the U21 Rueda and Jana Cahué lost the final in the tiebreaker arrow. The composite team was made up of Moura, Javi Montesinos, Laia Bordas, and the U21s Patrick Martisella and Núria Sínfreu.
