Tennis. The Württemberg Tennis Association (WTB) is moving into the digital future with its own AI-supported chatbot.
The new digital assistant on wtb-tennis.de now answers questions about the competition rules around the clock. Fast, precise and available at any time, it offers players and members modern, service-oriented access to important information. “With our new AI chatbot, we are creating a modern, digital service offering for our members and those interested in tennis. The aim is to make information about the betting regulations even easier, quicker and more accessible,” explains WTB board member Klaus Berner. “At the same time, we are laying the foundation for future AI-supported services in the association.” The digital assistant provides real-time answers to all questions about the WTB betting regulations – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. red
