Employees at the Kansas City football stadium received a Christmas present: Taylor Swift gave employees numerous banknotes.
Taylor Swift (36) is considered the richest musician in the world with an estimated fortune of around $1.6 billion. And others should also benefit from this: she always uses some of it for good purposes.
It has now been revealed that she gave generous tips to employees on Boxing Day after the Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead Stadium.
“Taylor and Travis are incredibly nice people”
Although her fiancé Travis Kelce’s (36) team lost to the Denver Broncos 13:20, it was a lucky day for the stadium employees thanks to Swift. An employee named Robyn shared her experience on Facebook and said that the singer gave her a $600 tip.
That was her “entire wages for two weeks” and exactly the amount she had just spent on Christmas presents.
While working at the stadium, she first discovered Kelce’s mother Donna, then the footballer and his famous partner, she wrote. The couple walked around and wished everyone happy holidays.
Stadium employee immediately started crying after tipping Taylor Swift
The singer said to Robyn while giving her the money: “Thank you very much for your work at Christmas, please take this.” She was “paralyzed” afterwards. “Of course I also said ‘Merry Christmas and thank you very much’.”
Only then did she count the money that Swift handed her: $600. She then immediately started crying out of emotion. She wanted to treasure one of the bills at home, which is why she framed it.
But the remaining money is still waiting to be used: “I still haven’t spent any of it.” She wanted to “share the story with people who will appreciate it as much as I do,” emphasized Robyn. That’s why she published the story in a Swift fan group.
“Taylor and Travis are incredibly nice people. That’s really true, they’re just incredibly nice people.”
Millions donated before Christmas
It wasn’t until December 23, 2025 that the American Heart Association confirmed that Swift had transferred $1 million to the organization. The donation was made in honor of her father Scott (73), who had to undergo serious heart surgery at the beginning of the year.
It was also announced that the singer also donated one million dollars to the aid organization Feeding America. Taylor Swift was also generous on her “Eras Tour” and paid out a total of around 197 million US dollars as a bonus to her crew.
