The beneficiaries of batch 4 of the Tangguh Scholarship were 15 students from universities in six provinces in Indonesia, namely Gorontalo, Palu, Lampung, Jakarta, West Java and Banten.
At this event, Bakrie Amanah also featured professional experts and keynote speakers who are experts in their fields. The presence of speakers provided various ideas for students to gain broader knowledge and experience.

On the first day, Achmad Reza Widjaja, SE, MSc., PhD, as Group Corporate Strategy Head and President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk, was present as the keynote speaker, with the presented topic “Towards a Golden Indonesia in 2045 by Augmenting Human Resources”. In addition, the specialist Dr. Okder Pendrian was present at the first briefing session as Head of Human Capital and Office Support of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk, the topic presented was “Becoming a leader for the development of community well-being.”

Bakrie Amanah Director Setiadi Ihsan, S. Si., M. Si., was also present to complete the second briefing of the same day with the theme “Contribution of the world of philanthropy to society”.
Meanwhile, on the second day, the scholarship recipients received information from Ir. Imbang Jaya Mangkuto, MBA, M.Sc. as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the LAZ Bakrie Amanah Foundation who gave the debate topic “Construction of Social Projects”. Furthermore, the final briefing was led by Ria Wigiyanti, MM as Head of LAZ Operations Division of the Bakrie Amanah Foundation) with the presented topic: “Skills and competencies needed by Generation Z for the world of work and post-university”.
With the implementation of this event, it is expected that participants will be motivated to take an active role and take real measures to improve well-being in their respective environments, and can provide benefits to the beneficiaries of batch 4 of the Tangguh Scholarship with the participation and synergy that exists from various related parties.
