Fortuna Düsseldorf can soon welcome the first winter transfer. As ‘Sky’ reports, Satoshi Tanaka has already passed the medical check with the Rhinelanders and all contracts have been signed. The pay broadcaster expects the deal to be announced soon, and the six will receive a contract until 2030.

Tanaka is the first deal from new sports director Sven Mislintat and comes straight from his Japanese hometown of Sanfrecce Hiroshima. The second division team will pay one million euros as a transfer fee. The 23-year-old made his national team debut this summer.
