Table Tennis & Archery: Focus Sports

The evolution of the Handi’U project for the 2014-2017 period clearly indicates the FFSU’s desire to promote access for students with disabilities (ESH) to academic, interregional and national competitions.

In this “open a priori” perspective (all disciplines) but complex in practice, the FFSU and its partner the FF Handisport (FFH), have targeted Table Tennis and Archery due to their relative simplicity of implementation, so that real competitive sectors in these disciplines are gradually created. In UNSS, these “shared” practices are already organized. The FFSU approach therefore also aims to create a “bridge” ensuring continuity between secondary education and higher education.
