Sporting Event Ban: 2-Year Exclusion

Three supporters of the Esperancina League soccer players were sanctioned this Monday for different episodes recorded during sporting events in the vicinity of the playing field.

Both sanctions will be applied for two years and were published this December 22, 2025 in the Official Gazette of the Nation.

The first case appears in the Resolution 1440/2025 of the Ministry of National Security establishes an “Administrative Attendance Restriction” for Michael Julio Luna, DNI 46,881,733, prohibiting him from entering sporting events throughout the national territory for a period of 24 months. This measure is based on Law No. 20,655 and Decree No. 246/17, which regulate security at sporting events and seek to prevent violence in football.One of the sanctions was for graffiti at the Juventud de Esperanza facilities.

The decision arises from a complaint by the president of the Youth of Hope for inscriptions with black spray paint produced by supporters identified with Sportivo del Norte.

The second case was through Resolution 1441/2025 of the Ministry of National Security establishes an “Administrative Attendance Restriction” for Juan Cruz Buiatti and Víctor Daniel Buiatti, prohibiting them from accessing sporting events throughout the national territory for a period of 24 months. This measure responds to incidents of violence that occurred during a soccer match, seeking to prevent future disturbances and guarantee security at sporting events.

The measure comes after the incidents on October 19 during the match between Defensores del Oeste and Boca Juniors de Nelson.

The two sanctions have been applied since this Monday and have the signature of the Minister of National Security, Alejandra Susana Monteoliva.
