Former football player “Spartak” Alexander Mostovoy stated that he would like to see more discussion of the team’s performance, rather than rumors around the club.
Earlier during the current season, Dejan Stankovic left the post of head coach of Spartak. Vadim Romanov was appointed acting head coach of the team.

Spartak is sixth in the Russian Championship standings with 29 points.
