The 29-year-old Sadílek’s contract expires in the summer, according to information inFotbal.cz website but he will be moving now in the winter transfer window.
The midfielder with 18 caps on his back, who also has three starts for the senior national team, arrived at Letná in the summer of 2022, just as coach Brian Priske’s first mission began. So Sadílek can boast of two league titles and two cup triumphs, one of which he won as a player for Slovácko.
However, his position in the team gradually weakens. He was last in the starting line-up at the beginning of October in the Conference against Shamrock Rovers. Then an injury sidelined him for a while. He spent five of the last seven competitive games only on the bench and twice came on as a substitute at the end.
In the current season, Sadílek has collected just under 700 minutes across all competitions with a balance of one goal and three assists.
Baník Ostrava, Sigma Olomouc or the leading team of the second league Zbrojovka Brno inquired about the agile midfielder. However, the closest is a transfer to the Polish Górnik Zabrze, where the Czechs Patrik Hellebrand and Lukáš Ambros are currently working, and which is fighting for the title after more than half of the competition.

In total, Sadílek played for Sparta in 147 competitive matches, in which he netted nine goals and recorded fourteen assists. Among his most successful matches are the aforementioned duel with Shamrock (1+1) or the semi-final of the MOL Cup 2023 against České Budějovice, when he secured a 2:0 triumph with the same balance.
He played in the Champions League in the Letenské jersey and was part of the campaign to the round of 16 of the Europa League with Liverpool.
He can make another start on Thursday in the last game of the autumn against Aberdeen in the Conference League. But what will be his next steps?
