Avec une ouverture prévue au second semestre 2027, « Simply The Brest », un projet de 4,7 millions d’euros, deviendra « un lieu de vie sportif et social », ouvert 7 jours sur 7. Il proposera sept terrains de padel, quatre terrains de badminton, quatre terrains de squash, un espace de restauration et boutique, des vestiaires avec salle polyvalente et un parking de 40 places.
