The Milanese team clinched their fourth Serie A win in a row with a 1-0 win at Atalanta Bergamo on Sunday and are now one point ahead of local rivals AC Milan and two points ahead of defending champions SSC Napoli after 16 games this season. The pursuers had put Inter under pressure with their favorites’ victories hours earlier and had overtaken them in the table for a short time.
