The Ayacucho native received the award for his notable performances over the course of the year. The ceremony took place in the Martín Fierro Municipal Amphitheater, a larger space than the one usually used, the Teatro del Fuerte.
This year, Hoffman consolidated a season of the highest level, with outstanding results at the local, national and international level. He became the winner of the 10 kilometers of Pinamar, obtained first place in the test for the 150 years of General Guido, was the winner of the San Juan International Half Marathon and also won the anniversary test of the Talleres club. At the international level, he finished 144th in the general classification of the New York Marathon and reached 15th place in the World Marathon by age categories, while at the regional level he was part of the winning team of the Tandilia relays.
