He pointed out that since there is basically a lack of covered basketball courts of this size in the Selayang area, some famous nearby teams, state-level and county-level basketball players have contacted him and informed him of their interest in using the court as a training venue.

Testing facility holds basketball invitational tournament
He, who is also the chairman of the Selayang District 12 Neighborhood Committee, said that in order to test the facilities of the covered basketball court, the Selayang District 12 Neighborhood Committee and the Selangor Youth Power Committee held a men’s under-18 basketball invitational tournament at the basketball court today.
“There are six teams participating in today’s competition. The champion will receive RM1,000, the runner-up will receive RM800, the third runner-up will receive RM500, and the third runner-up will receive RM250.”
